Before, I thought working with an accountant was a transactional exchange, a once a year call and extremely underwhelming. It made me anxious, I had no clarity and didn't know what to do to improve things. I was worried to ask questions and often waited a week or two for a response, if I got one. After, I now have a partner in my business journey. I know that I can ask questions at any time, and get a detailed answer. Regular meetings with Amy help me spot costly issues and rectify them. I am being supported every step of the way. I am terrified of numbers and doing things wrong. Before Amy, I used to bury my head in the sand - now I find that I need to know so that I can fix it. Amy genuinely understands my fear of numbers and makes the accounting process as easy as possible. Lednor accounting uses a registration portal making geographical distance no issue and posting documents easy. In the past Ive had to drop several documents into an accountants office. Communication was great, we spoke over the phone where I needed things explained, and if numbers aren’t your thing, or this accounting malarkey is your worst nightmare! You’re not made to feel anything but “normal”. Reminders and easy links sent re the payment that needed to be made. Very reasonable fees too. Highly recommend Lednor Accounting. Thanks Amy :)
